Good morning, fishing along the treasure coast continues to be slow. Yesterday the only report I heard was of some cobias caught scattered in fifty feet of water. The dolphin fishing has been very poor offshore, except for a few people that ventured way offshore. Out in the deep water there have been some schools of dolphin swimming north. The fish i heard about were up to thirty pounds.
As for the inshore fishing, there have been several people fishing and actually doing well despite the warm weather. Trout and snook both have been the focus of many anglers this week, including a few guys throwing flies to snook along the mangrove edges.
Stop by and check out our new fly fishing department and inquiry about our up coming fly casting and fly tying lessons. Enjoy your Friday and have a good weekend!
