Still not much from offshore, heavy seas continued throughout last week and this weekend. The fishing reports we have received from customers in the Bahamas have been great. They are still catching plenty of nice wahoo, getting plenty of blue and white marlin shots, and some of the big Spring dolphin are making there way up.
Inshore has been decent. The wind made it tough last week, and most of the West side of the river was un-fishable. There were plenty of nice redfish and trout caught in the TCC Tournament on Saturday. The top-water bite has started getting good. Small Spooks and top water Mirror Lures have been wroking well. I have started to see some jumbo snook making there way up on the flats the last week or so. Hopefully we won’t get anymore cold weather and we will start to see Spring water temps.
Have a great week,
