Good morning, offshore over the week end produced some reports of dolphin, sailfish, amberjacks and kingfish. The mixed bag of fish were found in 80′-200′. Bally-hoo and live bait were your best choices for bait. Once the wind settles down anglers should find some good fall fishing offshore and some decent bottom fishing as well.
Inshore, Tony Vercillo reported some excellent fishing to the north in the lagoon for redfish. Tony was using a copper flats intruder spoon and gulp baits. I got into some good snook action off the catwalk of the south bridge and managed to find some tarpon off the south jetty throwing flair hawks.
Have a great day, Kadri.
