Offshore, yesterday proved to be rough from the high winds but a few brave souls made out only fin the fishing on the slow side. One boat reported a catch of aj’s in 27 fathoms. There are still a few kingfish to be found when the weather settles down a bit.
Inshore, the usual summer time fish are around. Trout and snook are being caught in good numbers. The snook fishing at the south jetty has been good right at sunset using flair hawks and trout can be found in the lagoon with live pig fish.
Have a great weekend, Kadri.
