Good Morning, I received a few reports yesterday from the river and the inlet. First off, Capt. Bruddy Tyson fished a charter up in Vero Beach yesterday. He took his people fish the deeper water along the edge of the channel fishing shrimp tipped jigs. He was able to put a day together catching some black drum, ladyfish, jacks, sheepshead, and a few pompano. One of the pompano weighed four pounds on the bogagrip. Nice goin on your day Bruddy! Donald told me he talked to a guy named Jason Collins who successfully caught and released a seventy pound tarpon off the south jetty yesterday. Jason was fishing a pink flat headed snook jig. Congrats Jason on a nice big poon! If anyone has anything to add please call and fill us in on the details. I hope everyone has a nice weekend, the weather looks great!
