Good Morning, still nothing to report from offshore yesterday, with that north wind blowing. We did hear a few reports from the weekend yesterday and they indicated some scattered Dolphin and some Sailfish around. For those fishing in the SKA event, we did hear of a good number of Blue Runners at the nuclear plant late in the day. Great sea conditions prevail today and I talked to a number of folks going offshore today and a couple of boat owners running to the other side this morning.
Inshore, you can find some great flats fishing right now. Plenty of big Snook and Trout are cruising shallow water One angler showed me a picture of a Snook on the Boga-grip weighing in at 20# caught in 8" of water on a top water plug. Last night the turning basin was on fire with big Snook on Jigs and we are getting reports from the south jetty of some good Snook action as well.
Have a terrific day, Donald.
