Good morning, not to much to report from offshore yesterday, we did hear of some Cobia south off of Stuart. With the big chill possibly behind us now I believe our offshore reports will be better in the future. I spoke with several of our customers yesterday that were planing an offshore trip today looking for Cobia.
Inshore, the fishing is now picking up a bit with plenty of reports of Trout and Redfish in the lagoon. Capt. Sam Crutchfield reported a limit of Pompano to us yesterday and we are still getting plenty reports of Bluefish off the South Jetty at the inlet. Spoons and Gotchas have been working best on the the Bluefish. Surf fishing has been producing Bluefish and Pompano as well. Hopefully the water temperature will warm up and things will get back to our normal spring time patterns.
Have a great day, Donald.
