Good Morning,
From offshore yesterday, reports indicated that the Dolphin action had picked up again in 180′ of water. Kingfish could also be found on the high drop, using live Blue Runners. Near shore yesterday and today plenty of live bait could be found, both Threadfins and Pilchards are plentiful.
Inshore, the Snook action from the south jetty in Ft. Pierce also is beginning to pick up again. Fish were caught last night using Bomber Long A’s as well as redtail hawks. On the flats, the action is red hot for Trout, Snook and Redfish. Sebile Stick Shads and DOA CAL minnows have been producing good numbers of fish. One angler yesterday morning, reported a good catch of Trout around the spoil islands on top water plugs. One of his Trout was 8# and all of the Trout he caught were over 4#.
Keep sending in your pictures to our web site with your reports and we will happy to post them on it.
Thanks, and have a great weekend, Donald
