Tackle Inshore Classic. This inshore ARTIFICIALS ONLY tournament will
be held September 27th, 2008. The tournament will feature tremendous
cash payouts, prizes, trophies, and a perpetual trophy which will be housed
at the new White's Tackle Shop to be completed early next year. The tournament
will be complete with an Old Fashioned Ft. Pierce fish fry with all the trimmings. There will be competitive anglers showing up to do battle on our famous stretch of the Indian River Lagoon.

Your objective is to weigh one of each eligible species (snook, trout, redfish) for the heaviest combined stringer. Any combination of snook, trout, redfish (or a single fish of the three species) can be weighed if you do not have all three. Only one of each species can be weighed.
Cash prizes will be awarded based on the number of teams fishing the White's Tackle Inshore Classic. There will also be prizes awarded for the 4th, 5th, and 6th place stringers. Prizes will include a trip for four on the Classic 43' Rybovich the "Twenty" for a day of offshore fishing, Rods, Reels, etc. There will also be a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses (of your choice) awarded for the largest snook, trout, and redfish.
1st Place= 50% of all entries. 2nd Place=30% of all entries. 3rd Place=20% of all entries.

$350.00 per vessel. (An additional angler can be added for $50.00, with a maximum of three anglers per boat). There will be an early entry fee of $325.00 for those who wish to enter on or before August 26th.
The captains meeting will be held Friday, September 26th starting at 6:30 p.m. Please bring your team and get all of the information you need to have a safe successful day on the water. The first 50 entrants will receive a Shimano Bristol Bay tackle bag filled with goodies so get your entries in early. Make sure to hang around after registration for our hometown fish fry.
There will be an old school Ft. Pierce fish fry complete with home-made baked beans, hush puppies and conch fritters. There will also be a cash bar provided by Bottom’s Up Catering. Come join us for a good time
-Artificials only (No live bait is permitted!).
-Anglers must fish from the boat, no wading.
-All vessels must check out in the morning at the Ft. Pierce T-Dock with live wells open
and numbers displayed. Check out will begin at 6:15 a.m. at safe light.
-Boats must remain in the water after checkout. All fish must be weighed by boat.
-You may not go East of any inlet at anytime during tournament hours.
-Live release at the weigh in is encouraged; there will be no penalties for dead fish.
-Weigh in will begin at 3:00 p.m. You must be in line in sight of the tournament
directors by 4:00 p.m. or your catch will be disqualified.
-One fish per species (snook, trout, redfish) may be weighed per team for the heaviest
combined weight.
-No more than three anglers per boat.
-All fish weighed or boated must be in legal slot limits and must coincide with the FWC laws.
