Shipping Policies – Continental U.S.
Whites Tackle reserves the right to utilize any United Parcel Service or Priority US Mail Service necessary to meet the delivery commitment required.
Note: Whites Tackle reserves a minimum processing time (from time of placement until order ships) of 48 business hours (Monday-Friday); although we strive to ship all products available the same day in which orders are received (cut-off time is 2:00 pm Monday-Friday).
Example: If an order is placed on Monday, using Standard Delivery, all in-stock item(s) may not be processed and shipped until Wednesday, at which time you must allow for normal delivery time days (anywhere from 1 to 6 days) based on most products FOB Fort Pierce, FL for delivery.

Shipping Policies – VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
1. SHIPPING PREFERENCE OF WHITES TACKLE IS UPS. Exceptions requested to this policy will be attempted but not guaranteed. (except for military orders which require USPS Service).
2. All shipments will be sent requiring a signature at time of delivery. If the recipient address has a Release Signature on file with UPS, or requests that the package be shipped without signature required service, Whites Tackle is not responsible for the shipment once it has been delivered.
3. Oversized packages which have dimensional weight / oversize charges applied will incur additional freight charges as imposed by UPS – Call for quote and pricing.
4. Orders being sent to international addresses will incur additional charges. Once the order is placed, customer service will email a quote for shipping, to be approved – expect a MINIMUM shipping/handling charge of $35 to Canada or Mexico and a MINIMUM shipping/handling charge of $45 to other international destinations – Prices calculated online are estimates. Customers will be contacted should shipping charges exceed that of which they were quoted online. (All international shipping/handling charges are based on package size weight and eventual destination.)
5. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping available via standard UPS Ground method only unless otherwise stated.
6. Bait Orders – Anticipate a minimum additional charge of $75.00 including ice and freight.
7. Drop-Shipped Orders – some drop-orders will incur additional shipping charges (due to overweight/oversize dimensions).
8. Orders being shipped to US addresses outside the continental United States, including HI, AK, PR, call for shipping quote. Every effort will be made to keep shipping costs at a minimum, yet still achieving quality and fast shipping.
9. Orders Including Rods will incur a $7.00 charge for a protective rod shipping tube.
10. Returns/Exchanges – If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be returned within 30 days and in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition.
11. ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL.
Backorders
If we are out of stock on an item, Whites Tackle will alert you via email to such status and automatically back order those items for shipment at a later date. All back orders stay in the system for 60 days. If the item is still not available after 60 days, you will receive a notice via telephone or email requesting your permission to cancel or continue. Whites Tackle will assume the shipping expense of back orders unless they are overweight/oversize items or are shipping outside of the Continental US. Whites Tackle will send those customers shipping quotes for approval. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR BACK ORDERED ITEMS UNTIL THEY SHIP!
Shipping Disclaimer
Due to the constant changing of prices by the shipping venders, pricing may change according to weight and size of package. Dimensional weight charges will be added when applicable.
Shipping Options:
- No order will be shipped without payment in full;
- No Orders are shipped C.O.D.
- A telephone number of the recipient is required for all deliveries.
- If you request that shipments be charged to your personal shipping account (via UPS or FedEx), we will not charge for shipping. There will be a packaging and handling fee applied which will vary due to size and packing materials and methods.
Shipping – Bait Orders
All bait orders are subject to additional freight charges. Due to the perishable nature of bait, a special cooler box, dry ice and overnight shipping charges are required and will be added. Whites Tackle will make every effort to reduce the cost of shipping. Actual cost will vary based upon the size and weight of package. (Minimum freight charge on bait will be $75).

All international orders will be shipped via UPS International Priority shipping method or USPS International Priority.
Shipping – Via Priority Mail
Shipping via the US Postal Service is available but will require a signed liability release form. Please contact customer service with a fax number for delivery of the form which must be signed prior to the shipping of any USPS package.
