Good Morning!!! Fishing offshore was kinda tough after 9:30 on Sunday, when the wind started to pick up. Before that we enjoyed at great blackfin bite on the hill. A few smaller dolphin were caught , as well as sailfish in 120 ft. of water. Bottom fishing remains good, if you enjoy releasing great table fare. Genuines and grouper are prevalent and amberjacks are among the fish caught sunday. The cobia bite has slowed day, but the bait situation has picked up, with no shortage just south of the inlet in 30 ft of water. Inshore fishing for trout and redfish around the power plant and hermans bay has slowed down. But I received a good report on snook up around the Benihana bridge on live pilchards with 9 fish caught one in the slot and two over. Hopefully the strong east wind toward the end of the week will push some fish our way. Till next time good luck and tight lines!!! JW
