Location: Fort Pierce inshore/offshore

Good morning, yesterday offshore and near shore was a bust. I found that our old friend known as a cold water up welling has moved in on our coastline. The temperature ranges on the surface from 64 to 72 degrees. We could not find any bait at the 10 buoy or along the beach. We did find some blue runners at the boil and a few greenies at the cove. This is not the first time a cold water up welling has moved in along our coast, it happens every summer. They are usually short in duration and can quickly disappear. So stay tuned.

Inshore, Captain Scott Crippen had 2 productive days on Friday and Saturday.  His charters caught some redfish, trout and snook on live bait along the docks and mangroves north in the lagoon. Mangrove snapper can still be found along the channel edges.

We have a complete family package of 2 Martin bows and all the accessories, including sights, releases, cases and much more going on in our store. Stop on by and buy your ticket now in time for the up coming archery season.

Have a great day, Kadri.
